Afrizone

I have to give a rating but only because there is not a place without a star. I received my laptop from Afrizone and Vodacom several months ago and as a gift I received a VVCR Norton Security Online Deluxe voucher. I am trying now for several months to activate the voucher without any luck. I phoned the number on the back and had several conversations with several people from VVCR and up to date I cannot redeem the voucher. The only response I had was from a rude person at VVCR informing me to stop contacting the company because they cannot help me and neither can vodacom help me. Afrizone is unreachable by phone and Vodacom just tell the client to contact Afrizone. If this is how this three companies is doing business I just wonder how did they survive for such a long period.
