Afrizon Vodacom! wrong debit order!!!

I got debited R600 and something today for the contract that I took of 2 cell phones and a free homemark voucher!!!! ofwhich i was told that i will only pay R200 and something for every month!!! now i am trying to call you guys and nobody is answering the phone! whats really happening????????? i want my money back or just take back your phones and cancel that contract under my name!
