Afrizon@Vodacom

Afrizon Telecommunications contacted me in April and they told me that there will only be one amount deducted and the amount what is being deducted from Vodacom is more, I requested a credit as they deducted x amount more from my account and now no one can assist me because Vodacom feel I do not need to be repaid according to their system and Afrizon is not answering their calls!!! Why would Vodacom deal with such a company with NO customer service?!!!!!
