Afrizon and MTN debiting my account without giving me the goods purchased. No communication on their part.

An agent named Bafentse called me on the 4th April 2024 from Afrizon. He said this company is q devision of MTN. He sold me a contract for a laptop and a rooter. He told me i would recieve the laptop within 3 to 5 working days.I accepted the cobtarct and they started debiting my Absa account. I have however never recieved any laptop, any rooter and any data. I have been calling the Afrizon callcentre and i have still not recieved these items yet am being debited. I dont know what else to do as MTN and Afrizon are not communicating with me anymore despite the countless calls iv made to their offices. They dont call me and they have no resolution for this matter. Its now almost the end of May and i still have recieved anyting yet they are debiting me..
