Afrizon agent **** to get me to accept contract

I was called by a guy who offered me a cellphone package of which I declined and told him I already had 2 cellphone contracts with Vodacom. He then added that actually one of the contracts was expiring in that month of June, so I can actually afford to take another contract (implying that it will now be an upgrade). ********ly I agreed, and we continued with the process. Later when I got home, I checked exactly when my contracts were expiring. I found that it was not true 1 of my contracts are expiring, then the following day I called Vodacom and I told them I did not want the phones( because I thought I was called by a Vodacom employee). They the told me they will schedule with the courier in my area to come collect. Indeed, the next Monday, the phones were collected. Then I have noticed that Vodacom was charging me too much money, I called them and they mentioned all the contracts I know I have with Vodacom, including the two phones I had sent back and requested the contract to be cancelled. Then the lady highlighted to me that the contract was actually issued by Afrizon and that I need to call Afrizon to cancel the contract so that it won't reflect on their system as active. I have sent an email to Afrizon a month, but there has not been any response from them ever since. When I call the landline, a lady answered eventually answered after many attempts of calling without the phone being answered. I explained the situation to the lady and she said she will forward the matter to the relevant department and they will get back to me after 7 days-it has been a month already and no feedback has been received from them I have been a loyal customer for Vodacom for more than 10 years and am considering not renewing my contracts when they expire because of this experience. I fail to understand why would Vodacom continue to want be associated with such a company like Afrizon. Please, can someone help resolve this matter as this is affecting my credit report status.
