Africon and vodacom **********

********** , I received a mail from vodacom saying that my contact application was approved but I didn't do any application with them. I called customer care and they told this was done by Hallmark online. Been calling to cancel transaction no ones picking up so now I have to go to the police to open a ***** case against them Vodacom did little to help.
