Poor workmanship by Afritel

The company was busy with installation of fibre in the Suiderberg/Lady Selborne area when work suddenly came to a halt, after which the project manager, Armand du Plessis informed me that they had some "issues" with city of Tshwane. I requested them to restore my lawn however later emails in this regard remained unanswered.
