Very BAD service

well im not sure what to say abou this company. i have been on a 50mbps link for a while and every now and then it will drop and not have internet.

On the 24th Feb 2020 i have upgraded to their new 100mbps they have launched and since then i do not have internet. reported to them and they sent out a tech to have a look, he got it fixed only for about 2hours and did the same thing.

25th no internet and no response from their support team.

today (26th) i received some feedback and still NOTHING.

i see there is a few unhappy customers and i have to say its a shame that you pay for a service but only receive a possibility of a service.

hopefully they will sort me out soon. just a pitty they are the only company that can supply fibre in my complex.
