Dishonest and overcharged compared to invoice

Booked a treatment for my mum and they have been charged her when compared to the invoice they sent me. A week later numerous calls and emails we finally got an admission that they were dishonest and still awaiting a confirmation of refund. Honestly all the stress was not worth the massage !
