Worst customer service

Booked a bus with APM over the recent long weekend only for them to cancel a day before travel citing the bus strike as a reason. A strike they knew about but allowed bookings anyway, now I want a refund and they refuse instead offering a voucher that expires within two months. Worst customer service I have ever come across.
