My bag and extra charge
This bus company claim to be cheap, when you get to Mispel Road in Bellville together with the drivers they ask you to pay your luggage, I paid R290 extra, they said if I don't pay I cannot get in the bus there is no refund, the next thing I get to Park Station I'm told my bag that I paid extra on it I was told it was left in Bellville, I'm told I must come check tomorrow at 9am to see if it will be loaded to the next bus this means I must again spend another R70 x 2 to see the bag has arrived, keep in mind that I don't even have anything to change into as everything is in that bag. Didn't even know that the bus tours half of the country to get to your destination

Travel bus and driver from hell
I boarded at Park station in Johannesburg just after 1pm 27/12/2025 going to Bellville Went for the first time to the loo in Klerksdorp. Next loo brake was Kimberley and I bought snacks. As soon as we left for Hopetown my stomach starts to act up to the point that I'm literally sweating. Got to hope town, the driver went to the shop before I could arrange a body break, as this an emergency I went anyway. 2 minutes later, the had left. Bags, cellphones snacks and medication. It's 03:37am 28/12/2025. I'm still at the garage in Hopetown. Thank God for the police from Hopetown, Strydenburg and Britstown I have just received my luggage. Next time people if it seems too good to be true, it probably is. I'm hurt a d frustrated

Refund my return trip money
They neglected my call for refund of the return ticket to Jeffrey's Bay and back to Bellville of the 13 June 2025

Worst bus
Worst bus i have ever used. The bus took us from thw park station in joburg, we traveled for like 30 minues and stopped at a garage to swap buses( we stood there. For almsot two hours). The bus we were changed to was over loaded we struggled to find places to sit,the coordinators had to ask children who had paid for bus tickets to be held and sit on top of the elders that had no seats. We hot lost at some point, drivers could not even use a navigator busy asking people for directions, we had to come to their rescue as passangers. We travelled long hours and got 4 hours late to the destination. Would not recommend that bus at all, everything is south rxpect for their prices

Unfair treatment from APM
I was kicked out of the bus having paid the return ticket, reason behind that was the complaint I lodged to the drivers who were driving the bus from Capetown to Durban on the 13 June 2025. They were supposed to arrive at 19H00 at Bellville but they arrived at 20H45 having no explanation and apology. The weather was cold and taxis were no more . They took me to police station where I asked the police officers to test me of drunkenness, they didn't. They aren't responding to pay my return ticket back as I initiated before that they must refund me. I'm regretting to announce that they acted cruel and I am in need of that money
