Complaint about poor bus services

<p>On the 12th of June, which was last Sunday. I took a bus from Bloemfontein to Mthatha with one of your APM couches, with number plate: DW 75 FS GP and ticket number: ********** 202394BZ.. Unfortunately i didn't have the most comfortable journey and i might even say it was the most uncomfortable bus journey I've ever experienced in a life time. The weather was below 15degrees and the driver of the bus had air con turned on from Bloemfontein to Mthatha. And i tried calling the 24hour call center about this matter while i was on the bus, cause i tried talking with the driver and everyone in the bus complained but nothing changed. The lady that i talked with said she would talk with the complaint department and till today i didn't get any feed back. And due to the high air conditioner temperature, ive cashed a terrible flu and my sinuses are worse than before</p> <p> </p>
