APM bus' poor service

<p>Hello Peter,</p> <p>I booked an APM bus from Johannesburg to Durban, it was supposed to depart at 11 on however it didn't and when we enquired we were shouted at by the staff (some of them are drunk) and basically tried to force us to take a bus that they told us has a problem with gear lever. It is clear that this company does not value their passengers' lives. We got stuck at the station for almost two hours and mind you there are children here and they are getting very restless.</p>
