Useless Network Operator in Africa

I've never been so dissatisfied with a service provider as I am with ANO, from the day of installation (End Jan) to date I've been calling and texting them requesting assistance with connectivity but no one is helping me. Some of the representatives have even resorted to ignoring my calls and texts. The faults people always promise to make a follow and then come back and ask me to do the same procedure I've been doing from day 1 which is to reset my router. My daughter can't take her online classes because we don't have connectivity. I sent an email to ANO asking them to cancel everything and remove me from their data base so that I can get myself a different ISP but till today I'm still waiting.
