Unsatisfactory service

I am totally not happy with the service I receive. I canceled my policy with them on time but they still debited my account. I sent an email to cancel the policy on the 22 Dec and made a follow up call to cancel, and I was called back Sindiwho promised that my policy has been "cancelled" only to be debit my account, this is so inconvenient and it messes up my finance. Reverse back my money
