Unauthorized debit order deduction

They deducted fees for a car insurance policy that I cancelled as I cancelled the deal for the new car I was trying to buy. I don't even remember being advised by them that they are charging me R950 to get quotations from them. They were suggested to me by the salesman I broke ties with. I want my money back.
