the worst service i ever received from an insurance company.

i had the misfortune of taking insurance cover for my car through Unity and African Independent Brokers (Pty). i paid for cover for almost 5 years without ever submitting a claim. on the 16th of Dec i was forced off the road by a speeding car which resulted in my tyres bursting. i called their emergency assist line and was told that they will be sending they towtruck. i was stuck on the side of the road for 5 hours. THEY NEVER PITCHED. no calls. no apology. no nothing. They were quick to debit my account. its been 5 weeks since the i logdged a complaint. no feedback. no calls. each time i call i just have to recount my ordeal and i get sent from pillar to post. i just get empty promises of finalising non-existent report. this has got to be the worst insurance provider ever.
