Refund for service not rendered

I would like to complain that a debit order of R475.00 with reference AFRICANINDFEE deducted from my bank without my authorization. I emailed yesterday asking for a refund and please asking for this company to remove my information on their system because I have an insurance that is affordable and I have told Auto and insurance U wont need their service .Please reverse or refund my money for my insurance to be able to deduct for service I use.
