Negigence at its best, Worst service ever experienced, no processes followed

<p>Good day ,</p> <p>Policy Nr: ********** 70</p> <p>Claim nr: ********** 70/2</p> <p>Ebrahim Jeeva</p> <p>I had an experience whereby i was in a motor vehicle accident and im insurance is badger.My car was authorised to be taken to Reknewit Greenstone Panel beaters as authorised by Badger.I got a call today from a person from Reknewit panel beaters telling me that i must sign for my car to be repaired with **** parts,( keep in mind i am still waiting for cll from assesor to meet an asses the car).I immediately refused to sign the document and contacted by insurance. I was assisted by Dilleta Cain whom confirmed the process that i should have told the assesor this information on day when assesment was done, i informed her that up to today 08.05.2017 i do not even know my assesor details nor did i receive any calls or updates from him, WHY WAS THIS NOT DONE?, an official complaint was logged in this regard with ref nr: ********** 030 an awaiting feedback.I have since forwarded my proof that vehicle is under warranty and motor plan. If insurer is trying to save costs they should at least follow protocol and complete all processes and not take short cuts with me.I WOULD THEN LIKE TO HAVE THE CORRECT PROCESS TO BE FOLLOWED AND MY CAR BE ASSESSED DURING MY PRESENCE, KEEP IN MIND THE DELAY CAUSED DUE TO YOUR NEGLIGENCE OF NOT FOLLOWING COMPANY PROCESS AND THE COST INCURRED TO ME DURING YOUR NEGLIGENCE IN TERMS OF CAR HIRE ETC.Additional to the repairs of the car, i received an even worst response from your legal department in terms of claiming access from 3rd party insurance from person who bumped me.SIMPLE QUESTION I NEED TO BE ANSWERED, WHAT WAS I ACTUALLY PAYING FOR IN THIS LAST 3 YEARS CAUSE IF YOU REQUEST YOUR QAULITY ASSURANCE DEPARTMENT WITH IN YOUR CALL CENTRES TO DRAW ALL MY CALLS MADE FROM ********** 013 AND ********** 923 YOU WILL SEE THE BAD RESPONSES I RECEIVE nor do they practice what they preach.</p> <p>Thanks</p>
