Knows the Products the service is offering

<p> </p> <p>I was claiming for my excess money on policy number: EXSA ********** . I spoke to 3 consultant who did not know the product “EXCESS BOOSTER” at all. But they failed to tell me or transfer me to the right department instead they have me send them the proof of payment and then do nothing about it . As I do a follow up it’s a new process all over again, unti I asked for Zelda Fitzpatrick since she was the one who sold me a product and she made magic in one day and the following the money was in.</p> <p>Futher it was not impressive for the other consultant not to know what they are selling, they need training. A big thank you to Zelda though.</p> <p> </p>
