My experience with African Independent was more than satisfying. I got help from a lady by the name of Isabel and she was too awesome! Her attitude towards her job is the best, very positive and bubbly, so even though these calls take very long sometimes due to explaining all the policies and procedures etc. she managed to keep me entertained at the same time.
