Disgusted by African Independent Brokers

I used them as my broker and had complained about one short term insurance and the person who was handling my account was of no use as i had to call her and her manager and they kept on promising to call me back and i decided to cancell my relationship with them and now the issue that i was facing still not being resolved even though no relationship between me and them, please ensure the payment profile has been removed with sense of urgency as i do not hold anything with you guys anymore and ensure that customer service is one the main training to provide to whoever that was handling my account and her manager TELESURE INVESTMENTS (SHORT TERM INSURANCE) i have been promised feedback within 14 days and nothing has happened what is wrong with your service, i am so disgusted and regret being in a relationship with African Independent brokers
