I have requested a recording from Thembekile as I initially wanted a car hire option and they decided they would get me a separate quote for car hire apart from the insurance I was quoted . Now I want a recording for that supposedly car hire option and she is simply not responding. She has sent through recordings for the ones I do not need . I was in a car accident yet most of the time I have been doing my own follow up with FFW insurance and the brokers are no where to be found. Instead I am the one that calls in for information. I pay an added R100 and odd for the brokerage yet they didnt even assist me they didnt even do a follow up to check if I know where my vehicle is at . I basically did their job them . They are a ******** and I would not recommend anyone to use brokers. Thembekile maybe on this platform you will adhere to my request.
