Agent Processed *****ulent Sale

One of their agents processed vehicle insurance cover I did not sign up for as a result an amount of R950 was debited from my account, it has been nothing but a nightmare trying to get the refund for the amount that was *****ulently debited from my account. I am utterly disgusted by this company.
