African Insependent Brokers a massive waste of time & money

After being made to seem that my only option for insurance would be through African Independent, I finally caved and proceeded with you. I could not be more disappointed in my choice. After asking for all applicable costs to be put on mail for me as I am at work during the day & can't listen to the massive monologue you rush through, there was still R950.00 debited extra which I was never made aware of on any of my quotes. I have sent 7 emails to my broker since last week with no reply. When I phoned I was made aware they have received all of them. Not only am I now paying First for women, I also pay a fee to African Independent to do absolutely nothing as well as paying Oakhurst a fee to do only them knows what.

This is my last option as these people just choose to ignore my every means of communication.
