African independent ****s to business

Worse service ever...i have been giving them business as a sales person for over years....my client confirmed a policy with them....and after a while cancelled it....i have given them a new lead whivh they closed....and now they tell me that i dont get paid for it because of the previous client who has nothing to do with the new client...so i dont get my refferal fee....which was never stated anywhere from start of doing business with them or on they registration form or in any clauses....that is pathetic.....i have cancelled all future business with them as thats not the way it should work..
