I am writing to formally express my disappointment and frustration regarding the handling of my trade test/college matter.

It has now been over a year since I first contacted the college regarding my situation. During this time, I have repeatedly asked for my student number and other information, yet I have still received no proper feedback, progress update, or clear communication from your side.

To be honest, this level of delay and lack of communication is unacceptable. As a student, I expected professionalism, assistance, and at the very least regular feedback regarding my matter. Instead, I have been left waiting for over a year with no resolution and no accountability.

I would appreciate it if this matter could now be treated with urgency and professionalism. I would also like a clear explanation as to why this process has taken so long and why proper communication has not been maintained.

Please provide me with a full update regarding my matter as soon as possible.
