Good day, I am writing once again regarding my Artisan Trade Test application, as I have sent several previous emails requesting feedback but have not received any response\. I would appreciate an update on the status of my application and an indication of when I can expect to proceed with my preparation and Trade Test\. The continued lack of communication has left me with no information regarding my progress, despite my repeated attempts to follow up\. I have been patient throughout this process, but I can no longer continue without any feedback\. If I do not receive a response within the next few working days, I will unfortunately have no other option but to escalate and formally report this matter to the relevant authorities, as I have exhausted all other avenues of communication\. I kindly request that someone please respond to this email and provide an update as soon as possible\. Thank you for your attention to this matter\. I look forward to your prompt response\. Kind regards, Darius Jordaan

Jip time still goes by
Dear Sir/Madam, I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint and request urgent intervention regarding my outstanding artisan trade test, which has now been delayed for approximately one year despite my continuous efforts to resolve the matter. Over the past year, I have made numerous telephone calls, sent multiple emails, and followed up with every organisation involved in my apprenticeship and trade test process. Unfortunately, despite my persistence and willingness to cooperate, I have not received any meaningful assistance, clear communication, or a definite solution. Throughout this process I have been referred from one organisation to another. MCD, Africa Skills, the assessment centre in Brakpan, and Olifantsfontein have all been contacted on numerous occasions, yet no one has accepted responsibility for providing me with a clear answer regarding the status of my trade test. Instead, I continue to receive conflicting information or no response at all. This situation has become extremely disappointing and discouraging.

Good day, I hope you are well. I am writing to formally express my disappointment and frustration regarding the handling of my trade test/college matter. It has now been over a year since I first contacted the college regarding my situation. During this time, I have repeatedly asked for my student number and other information, yet I have still received no proper feedback, progress update, or clear communication from your side. To be honest, this level of delay and lack of communication is unacceptable. As a student, I expected professionalism, assistance, and at the very least regular feedback regarding my matter. Instead, I have been left waiting for over a year with no resolution and no accountability. I would appreciate it if this matter could now be treated with urgency and professionalism. I would also like a clear explanation as to why this process has taken so long and why proper communication has not been maintained. Please provide me with a full update regarding my matter as soon as possible. Kind regards, Darius jordaan

POOR SERVICE VERY VERY POOR I WANT MY REFUND
Am writing this email with a broken heart. Last year I enrolled with MCD for my electrical trade. I did all the payments they needed, and sent all the required documents to them. They took their time before I could start. I had to call them almost twice a week to remind them of me I then did my ARPL with them, and I was given 12 days to close my gaps. But I did my ARPL Africa Skills in Centurion. In the 12 days I was given, they assigned someone in MCD Vereeniging to help me close those gaps. But I don't know the person he never came. I was assist by another lady. Whom also had to attend her learners. So I would only get 1-2 hours of her attention coz she had to attend her learners. So I couldn't close all my gaps properly. And I explained to people in Africa Skills in Centurion about my situation. But they said I must continue, I passed all the task I was given and only failed one coz I never got to learn it well. So the lady said they will call me back in regards to that, and that was in December 2025. To this day I still haven't heard anything from Africa Skills. I am so heartbroken coz of the treatment I got. And I don't know if it will be possible for me to get all my refund and go else where they will take their clients /student serious. It's been almost over 6 months now but I am still struggling with Africa Skills. If you are an individual trying to get your trade I wouldn't recommend it. I want my refunds so that I can go to a better institution. AM NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO IS COMPLAINING
