EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have placed and paid for an online order with this company for Redback boots. The order was placed on 11 May 2026. Since I have placed the order I have had no communication from them, I had to phone them twice to follow up on my order. I have not even received an order confirmation email. But when I phone them, I am on their system and their excuse is that they do not have stock. When I said that it showed there was stock when I placed the order they told me that their website says orders takes 3-5 days.

Well we are on day 8 now, and I phoned them again on Monday 18 May, they said that they are awaiting their stock. When I go onto the website, it still says they have 3 pairs of these boots in stock. I asked them to please just communicate with me, and let me know once they heard from their supplier (on 18 May). I still have not received an email or telephone call.
