Very bad service

These people are really bad in what they do or they're just complete ****mers they called me last year for an application which I canceled the following day because I decided to do something else the guy thay assisted me that no funds will be deducted from my account he will cancel the debit order and then since last year the debit order was never canceled. End of March 2025 they deducted money from my account when I call they wont tell me completely why I cant receive my funds and thwy wont let me speak to a supervisor or team leader they keep on saying that its been escalated to finance. I mean it makes no sense knowing that you never gave me any device but you will deduct money from my account and then now I need to beg you to give me back the money that you deducted by force
