Debit orders for something i did not recieve.

Hi good day iam Rushdi Smith i am very upset with whats been going on ive never recieved anything from Afri Mobile but debit orders has been going off this is the 4th time now and ive been calling them and all i get is a phone that is being dropped in my ears this is unproffesional can any body assist please my tel no is ********** and my email is *********** i would appreciate a respond as soon as possible as i need my money back in today still as to i cont pay for something that i did not recieve.
