Cellphone contract (Hanging claim)

I took out a cellphone contract with Afrimobile,it includes insurance in case phone gets ******, lost or damaged...I lost my phone on the 10 of September 2023,

Reported the phone with Afrimobile, they asked me to go report the phone at the police station and get an affidavit so I could send to their insurance department, I did all of that.

I am following up almost everyday, other days they do not pick up, when they pick up they tell me they are busy with investigations...

Other days the ask for my ID number and promise to phone me back but they never do.

I feel Afrimobile do not value their clients and care Nothing about client service.

My premium goes through on the last day of each month, the again debited premium+ insurance (R599) I am still waiting to receive a call back from them, they won't phone me back

I regret the day I agreed to the contract. Afrimobile service is very poor and I would never recommend Afrimobile to anyone, Never!
