Bad service

Good Morning My Name Is Sandile Elvis Silo.

i have a serious problem with AFRI Mobile i app**** for a cellphone Contract earlier this Month(March 20250 and they requested me to Send Bank Statement,ID Copy,Proof of Address and payslip and i did that and also told me to go to my Banking App to Accept the Notification that allows them to Be Able to do debit Order and I did that and it appear on my Banking App but after that there was no communication as in when will the package arrive or do I Qualify or not nothing was communicated till to date i haven't received the package.my worry is that the Debit Order is still active and they will deduct lot of money we didn't agree on the 25th of March and the bank can't stop the debit order, I tried to call them on the contacts in their website but no luck so far.

i need help to stop this and cancel it once and for all.
