Good Morning My Name Is Sandile Elvis Silo.

i have a serious problem with AFRI Mobile i app**** for a cellphone Contract earlier this Month(March 2025 and they requested me to Send Bank Statement,ID Copy,Proof of Address and payslip and i did that and also told me to go to my Banking App to Accept the Notification that allows them to Be Able to do debit Order and I did that and it appear on my Banking App but after that there was no communication. My stress is that when money comes into my account funds will be deducted but I haven't recieved the phone as per our agreement.
