WORST SERVICE!!!! Your new flats by macdonald

<p>You people do know how to waste someones time hey.your company is by far the worst in terms of customer service.if only you guys were honest people all uve ever fed me is lies.been gng there to check if other floors are open firstly they kept telling me after 2 weeks i must come bk nd check.kept gng bk and 4th still the floors werent open.been to ur apartments more time 5 times.than today u say 5tH floor s open i went to check.wen i got there im told theres no keys (same lame excuse that i always hear each time i go nd check if other floors are open) i asked wat nonsense is these as on facebeook they wrote that the 5th floor is open, the agent and security guard said u ppl are refusing to give them the keys for the 5th floor.after a few mins arguing with ur agent.he spoke to the security guard and he finally gave the agent a few keys to the 5th.only 2 keys.wen i asked why they lie and hide the keys they say its cos u ppl told them to give out the keys ye***** u dng is unprofessional.your agents dont even know wat they are talking about at times.they dont even look trained.YOU GUYS SUC****</p>
