worst service ever on earth

Afhco cares less about tenants and more about the money they bring in every month. I have a fault in my unit, sink drain is leaking water is all over the floor, ive been living with this condition for a week now my flat is even stinky. But guess what? Nothing has been done about this, the so appointed building manager told me there is nothing he can do about this and that I have to live with it. Ive been told to live with the condition more further until whoever is interested decides to come and fix it. Its so sad how they go all out advertising their apartments and making false impressions when you sign their lease that they attend to your maintenance request. This is all a ****! Elevators are forever not working and you can't move out before a year after signing their lease because you will looose your deposit.
