Worst rental agents ever!!!!
Worst experience at South Hills Lifestyle Estate - AFHCO switched off / blocked my electricity when I was only 8 DAYS in arrears (rent due 1st, switched 9th). I owe 1 month only and I have a TODDLER in the house. No court order, no 20 days notice as per lease. Prepaid meter still has units but they blocked purchases. I always pay my rent on the 15th and communicated this over and over but they refuse to change my date! > We were left in the dark with a small child, food spoiling in fridge. ******* disconnection. Customer service on *** reads messages but no help. For the rent they charge R7 700 this is unacceptable treatment. Will be logging with Rental Housing Tribunal. Avoid this company
