Worst Property Management

I have been staying with afhco for over 3 years now at platinum, the new management is the worst, I paid my rent for this month today during the day, sent all the details to the management n he said he is waiting for a go ahead from the office, only for him to respond at 5pm to tell me they can't open my room without me paying the rent for next month, like it's not even due date as yet but I've already been locked out for the next month
