Worst property management

The worst property management. I moved out from one of their properties last year at Greenshank Villas, I submitted everything and gave them a notice in time. I live south end of November. No communication followed after that regarding the refund of my deposit, it is not more than 21 days and no one has reached out. Each time when I log into the website to check, the balance is there and they keep deducting a water levy. I spoke to Falomi in customer service who was supposed to transfer me to the accounts department, she said the person dealing with my account is Alvina, who is supposed to get back to me and still nothing. They are so quick to ask for a deposit and rent and yet take forever to refund you what is due to you. I’d advise no one to rent with them unless they’re prepared to lose their deposit.
