Worst property management

The worst property management to deal with, i have stayed in a apartment that had leaks from the apartment above and the landlord was notified when i moved out the Land Lord signed it off saying he is aware of the leaks now i am getting calls that i must pay for leaks that were caused by my neighbor, i have tried to call Afhco so many times but they will promise to come back to me no one has ever contacted me from offices except the lawyers appointed to swindle money from me.
