WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED, WHAT A WASTE OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY

I've rented many places before coming here and never have I ever received such service. I was staying at I14 jabulani mews and for months I complained about repairs to the flat till this day they were never attended to. Then last week Saturday my ceiling fell in and my children were in the house, anything could've happened. Luckily they were spared thank God, I had to leave work and attend to make sure I sort this issue out. Upon getting home I consulted the caretaker who was clueless as always as to what the solution is. I was then given a number for a white guy to call, couldn't get hold of him for a while when I eventually did he told me that they can move me to another flat but as far as my damaged things are concerned I have to claim from my own insurance.

As I write this we have been without electricity since Monday morning, and as always we can't get hold of their headoffice number. The caretaker is clueless, we get multiple storied but no definitive explanation and solution, can someone please attend to this from Afhco.

I can't wait for our lease to end so I can move out, I will never advise anyone to live here.
