worst Housing ever when I moved in at 120 End I 💭 I'm in a safe a good space when I moved inn my apartment was nonsense no Cams in the corridor the kept on breaking my door and I kept reporting it but no one came to fix it, a bullet came through my bedroom window AFHCO never even bothered to make it a point to come check on me, now this 26 story building has no water the elevator are shakey and not stable we are paying and we are being treated like we staying for free when u complain in the Group or wherever you will receive a Termination of lease these people careless about the well-being of tenants all they want is money, if you love yourself don't stay at AFHCO of Indlu properties cause AFCHO bought Indlu properties just recently but failing to pay for the water n electricity

Everytime I use my Capitec to purchase Electricity it says I owe them R20 DO NOT STAY AT AFHCO NONSENSE HOUSING COMPANY
