Worst decision ever
I stayed at one of the Afhco buildings for almost 5 years and not a single month I owed them rent but was unfairly treated recently when I was charged water bill because of their leaking outside pipes that had nothing to do with me.
I disputed same but was later told that I am liable for the bill and my electricity was switched off and was threatened that they would me lock me out, I then paid the ridiculous bill, month 2 the bill was okay and the following it went sky rocket that is when I decided abruptly that I am moving out, I was okay with not getting my deposit and I did not get it but now I am being threatened by their legal team with their section 129 letters that I owe them +R4000 that I have no idea where it comes from.
How about you start by investigating the leaking pipes issue, refund me my money before running to your legal team that knows absolutely nothing about your unfairness?
