Worst Customer Service In the whole wide world

Can anyone assist me in the accounts department as i have cancelled my lease with afcho on the 23rd of June 2021 and im still waiting foe afcho to get back to me regarding the termination of the lease as they stated they will prorata charge me with my deposit amount or advise if i pay or not this is so so rediculous of the service that Afcho prides with is the anyone with common sense that works ar afcho or a white person that can help me as everyone keeps dropping the call when i call can the owners contact me urgently im sick and tired of the sloppyness and worst customer service in the whole world of the people that work at afcho from the group to management.
