Worse property management group ever!!!!

I just received an sms from Afhco and it reads: Credit Record Alert;Only PART of your April Rent was paid, your TPN record adversely affected.Phone *** for more info.Do NOT reply to this SMS. I checked my statement before paying my rent and saw that I was over charged for easy pay which I was advised to use when paying my rent. For months I was double charged for sewage on my statement and I did not complain. I subtracted the easy pay amount before paying rent. I said it once and I will say it again Afhco is the worse ever!!! First my rent amount was wrong then they double debited me. I called them now to sort out this but they not even answering. The manager at Afhco does not even have the audacity to rectify these errors and he does not contact me when I ask them to get him to call me. Afhco does not care about the tenants and is only worried with how they can rip us off. I regret moving in to these apartments of Afhco and as soon as my 1 year lease expires I will move out. I hate their service with everything in me

I was referring to the easy pay charges. I asked around at Shoprite and they advised me that Afhco is over charging me. Ever since my rent amount was adjusted Afhco has been over charging me. If its not the Sewer then its easy pay. Well I'm sick and tired of it. I want this to be fixed now. That is why everybody is complaining about Afhco on hello peter because you guys are *********** and unprofessional.

Please note all bank charges incurred by Afhco when you deposit monies in cash or pay using your debit or credit card are charged back to you. Therefore, the best way to pay is by means of debit order or EFT.

I understand that but the amounts being charged back to me is ridiculous. I asked the guys at shoprite and they advised that its too much. Please refrain from making excuses and sort this out. I'm tired of being ripped of from Afhco. I was advised that after my deposit is paid my rent will be roughly R4700 every month. Ever since my rent was adjusted you guys over charge me for everything. Please fix this mess. Afhco advised that we use easy pay as a payment method but now you charging us. Well I won't stand for it. Fix it now!!!

Thank you for your communication.

Please note that all bank charges incurred by Afhco Property Management when you deposit monies in cash or pay by credit/debit cards, are charged back to you.

Remember, payment by debit order remains the best and easiest way to settle your monthly rental. Monies are automatically debited from your bank account and directly allocated to your rental account. In this way, you can avoid long bank queues as well as extra charges.

Should you need any further assistance or require any additional information, do not hesitate to contact us at *** or telephonically on ***.

Easy pay is a payment method one can use at Shoprite. You guys need to sorth this out ASAP. Almost R300 for easy pay charges is ridiculous. I don't care what you guys are telling me. Anybody in fact even a blind person can see thats day light *******

Dear Riaaz,

It is not true that almost R300 is charged as your average banking charges are R120 - please check your statements.

As previously indicated,  all bank charges incurred by Afhco Property Management when you deposit monies in cash or pay by credit/debit cards, are charged back to you. Payment by debit order remains the best and easiest way to settle your monthly rental. Monies are automatically debited from your bank account and directly allocated to your rental account. In this way, you can avoid any extra charges.

Your are welcome to contact your bank for a break down on your specific charge as we have closed this query on our side.

Kind Regards,
