Worst property management. Stay at their properties at your own risk. They owe COJ over 3 million for electricity yet we have a prepaid system. We have been without power for almost 24 hrs. Since yesterday afternoon they've been say technician has been dispatch till now, no sight of technician. They keep lying when you call their call centre's they drop your call. We have been paying rent without fail and this is the service we get. ETUDE ESTATE, do not come and stay here if you want peace of mind. I will surely be putting up my notice. This is no way to live.
