Wi-Fi down for days.

I’m so disappointed with AFHCO Impilo place, it’s been 3 days now with the Wi-Fi being off. On Monday when I tried to log in to it checking if it’s working it showed a message saying (UserProjectAccountProblemThe project to be billed is associated with a delinquent billing account. The billing account for the owning project is disabled in state delinquent) This simply means that AFHCO have not paid the Wi-Fi, how is it that we pay full rent and we were told about unlimited Wi-Fi and yet AFHCO is struggling to pay Wi-Fi for their tenants? This is unacceptable and very disappointing. AFHCO is a very poorly managed company so many things to complain about really.

Some of us work from home with the hope of uninterrupted Wi-Fi service, my work has been affected badly by this situation. I’m very upset writing this.

Dear Angel, Thank you for your message. Please note that our records do not reflect any prolonged Wi-Fi outage. The network went down yesterday afternoon due to a cable fault, and an SMS notification was sent to all tenants this morning as per our standard communication process. We would also like to clarify that the Wi-Fi is provided as a complimentary service to all tenants and is not linked to rental charges in any way.Kindly remember that we have multiple channels available for reporting any building-related issues, including: The maintenance book in your building, Email, WhatsApp,The tenant portal and Telephone. The building’s Wi-Fi service will be restored today, once all external network cables currently being replaced by the service provider are fully operational. We appreciate your patience and understanding while this work is being completed.  Your case reference number is: ***

It is unfortunate that I did not receive that communication SMS you referring to, and the maintenance book is for maintenance relating to individual units and building repairs whilst Wi-Fi is not part of an item that one can record in the book as maintenance request. I’m very much aware of the channels available to report a problem but like I have mentioned AFHCO is a poorly managed company and reporting to the channels you’ve mentioned won’t help.
