Why is refunding such an issue?
I am still waiting on my deposit refund way after 7 days only to be told to visit the office after I had to do the follow up on what is going on because they do not bother of advising you of any issues that are delaying the refund. From my understanding the snag list was signed and I have sent statements but I am still being told I need to do that. I have sent a number of emails and it seems to me that now they are choosing not to respond to my emails. Why is it such an issue when it comes to giving back money but so easy to demand rent and give threats of kicking people out.?!
