What's wrong at AFCHO

Service unbearable, initially I was accused of not paying rent and was harrased by the lady who deals with our building. Normandie court then I decide to leave and served noticed I decided I did out of anger and cancelled it. Two months after canceling notice and getting my statements and making payments nicely. Last night my building manager comes to my apartment and asks me to fill a cancellation form since the office ddnt receieve any cancellation form. These are the people who were Harrison me on the month that I was supposed to move out reminding me that I have to leave. Had to go twice to their office in order to resubmit a cancellation form. Suddenly they never got it. How did they generated the two months rental statement t for someone they thought had left already. I am done with AFCHO. I will not fill another cancellation form let them rather give me my money for thus month and I will find another place.
