Kenneth mkhari the building manager of Impilo Place 141 Jeppe Street does not want people to sign their partners because of his personal issues with them. Tonight(21 April 2021) he did not allow the girl(tenant) to sign in her boyfriend because he dislikes the boyfriend. SOMETHING MUST BE DONE WITH THAT ALCOHOL ABUSING BUILDING MANAGER OF IMPILO PLACE ASAP. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!!!
